I have been coming to Thomas West Salon for years now and I will never leave this amazing business. Not only is the salon beautiful, professional and reliable but I have the best stylist in the city. Lindsay brings my hair back to life every time I come in. She's so knowledgeable about what is best for my hair. Being a blonde she knows how to protect my hair from breakage and damage and the color is always outstanding. If you go to Thomas West I highly recommend Lindsay for the perfect hair (and not to mention wonderful conversations)
I was downtown for a wedding. The Marriott Marquis recommended Tom West Salon. Francesca was amazing! Absolutely professional, talented, and an artist. I received so many compliments on my hair and will always use Francesca when I come back in Chicago for another event.
Don't go to a Thomas West salon. especially to this Timea hair stylist. Rude,problematic,egocentric and has no idea about coloring,highlighting and customer service. Thomas the owner doesn't care for clients also,only care to charge them. Timea is a wrong person to keep in this salon. She is a seriously problem. Don't go if you want a good service or good hair stylist, not a place to go!!
I was a prospective new client. Came in for my 3:30pm cut appointment at 3:20pm. The music was so loud it was hard to speak to the front desk attendant to check in. At 3:35 my booked stylist Timea walked up to me in the waiting area to say she was running late. I asked her how late. She said 20 minutes. She was very flip and casual. She did not ask me what she could do to make me comfortable during my wait. Perhaps a water or tea. Her demeanor was unprofessional. I said 20 minutes is long and Timea said "yeah that's a long wait". I left. Disturbing interaction and a waste of my valuable time traveling to and from the Merchandise Mart.
