I walked in and sat down for about 10 minutes before someone even came to acknowledge me. When he did, he said it's only 2 people who work on Sunday and that it'll take 2 hours before I could get seen. However, he approached a Caucasian lady right before me (we walked in minutes after one another) and he asked her what she was getting and we wanted the same things. He told me that it would take too long but proceeded to move her to her seat. Its not about race and I appreciate him for telling me the wait time but he didn't even give me a option to stay.Then I sat in the parking lot and watched another lady walk in and get seated as well. Talk about fair treatment but if Id said something then I would have been the stereotype.
I've been here once before and had a great experience. However today, had a pedicure and the individual (Pam) performed the service. When I commented that when he applied the gel to remove callous that he missed a spot. He immediately developed an attitude, very unkind. I came to have a pleasant relaxing experience, not to write a complaint so I won't be coming back again! My rating is more about the attitude than anything else...
I really enjoy this place. The people are friendly and I really liked the quality. I got acrylic with gel and they look so nice and natural. They really listened to what I wanted and my nails look great! I've also gotten a pedicure here and the polish lasts a long time. I wanted to try getting my eyebrows waxed and they look fine. The prices are fair and staff is nice.
Visiting from Pittsburgh. Borrowed my sister's car and went looking for a nail salon. Several bunched together within a couple of blocks. Pulled into this one's parking lot. Good experience. Had a fill and a change of color on my toes. Only 22 bucks for both. Better job on my nails than toes. Nice man who was thorough and friendly did my nails. Could use some new summer colors. Too many dark choices. Will go back next time I'm here. Glad to have found a place quickly while on vacation.
