I came here with my best friend to get my nails done, and the guy was taking my nails off and split my nail and when I see my nail, I'm talking about my actual real fingernail and after I confronted him about it he told me he was done for the day and I had to find someone else. Very rude and unprofessional. This was the worst experience I have ever had plus painful.
Very rude I came to get my nails done with my best friend. The first person said she don't do long nails in the other person say they're done for the day. All they do is stereotype in there they treated us like shit because we were black not knowing that we tip everywhere we go. The attitudes in the room is unbearable.
honestly the worst nail job, the polish fell the next day and when I returned to have it fixed, the employee made me wait more than 2 hours to attend to me and said that I had a bad attitude for asking how much time was left. don't waste your time and visit another place
I was cut 3 times, once from the electric file on the side of my thumb, and twice with the regular fingernail file from the lady filling too hard and rushing. She kept telling me that they have to hurry and close and open back up later or they could be fined $500 if they were caught with just one person inside. If that's the case, they should account for that when they're taking customers instead of rushing through the process.
Very fast service, but the woman who did my pedicure keep coughing the entire time. I betta not catch covid. She had a mask on that was loose and below her nose so when she coughed it definitely could have dispersed out because of how loose her mask was. Outside of that, the workers were very nice and sweet.
