V S Nail & Spa in Marysville, WA

my nails were horrible when they were done yesterday. I had to ask for them to repaint. today, the very next day, they are already chipped and I am not hard on my hands. dont worry about tipping, the nails aren't even worth the service fee.

It's been more than a year since I've had my nails done, but I thought I would treat myself for my upcoming birthday. I am so disappointed and frankly a bit angry at how awful my experience was here. Please don't go here if you are looking for a relaxing experience and a quality manicure. The nail tech left me with these thick, messy, oddly shaped, glue everywhere nails. Like most, I lead a busy life and the thought of going back here to waste another hour of my time makes me so frustrated. In the scheme of things it's not important but please beware... it's not going to be good.

So rude!!! I understand at walk-in nail salons you're most likely not getting the best service, but these ladies are so rude. Been here twice and both times walked out because of how they treated me. I won't support or tolerate spending my hard earned money to be treated like I'm in trouble. I only went back the second time because I had a nail crisis and they were the only place opened. They refused to fix my nail even though I had an appointment. Do not recommend. Drive 15 min south to Bella in Everett for better service.

If I could mark negative stars I would!!! The first time I went here I met a friend for her first pedicure. It was lovely, however I ended up with a foot FUNGUS! I swore I'd never go back. But that was a few years ago. Recently I was invited to meet a few friends there and I thought, I'd give VS Nails the benefit of the doubt. Nope! I paid for the top notch pedicure. It was awful. The technician left me with cold towels on my legs for over 20 minutes! She waited only seconds to apply a second coat of polish, which of course was not dry ended up smearing off No cuticle care. Even worse when I called to talk to the manager he was never there apparently. I will never go back there, neither should you. Do not waste your money.

I had a simple manicure, with a French tip. The person doing my manicure was very kind. However they were talking on their phone the entire time. I found it rude and disrespectful. My simple manicure last 1 day. It was chipping my the second day. I have had other manicures there before and they were okay. But this was the worst. I could have saved money and a tip by doing it at home. Lesson learned.
