T Nail Lounge in Marysville, WA

Please read this entire review. I don't believe in leaving a low star rating for one bad experience. This was not a good visit. My pedicure was rushed and she made my toe bleed badly in two places. The chair was broken and she didn't do any message on my feet. She did massage my legs for less than one minute each. My hands turned out okay, but it was very rushed. No oil after and no hand message. I asked for a manicure and there was no cuticle trimming. So basically I just got a polish change. My daughter's pedicure was okay. The guy doing her nails yelled at her when she asked for more glitter. At first I thought he just got excited but when she asked again, he told her to calm down, he would put more glitter on. She is 14. It made her uncomfortable. We both got waxed and that was very enjoyable, she gave a nice temple massage and she was extremely kind hearted. Overall, it was not a good feeling. My toe is very sore and sadly we won't be returning. They definitely were not following covid safety guidelines either. I would like to state again, the woman was very nice.

Please don't go here. I gave this salon 2 chances and both times all nails break within a few days. 2 nails brok as she was doing them the man took over and 2 of his broke before I got to the freeway entrance back home. I went back Immediately and the man said I needed to be more careful. . The next day one now broke when I scratched my calf 1 male broke when I put it in my hair to run my fingers through my hair and 10 broke when I close my robe Tie .....gee wizz seriously? Please don't go here They dip the nail in the purple liquid expectations are that the glue sticks better ALL THE NAILS BRAKE AT THAT GLUE LINE ..I ASKED HIM NOT YO DO THAT. they both did it anyway Essentially making the nails weaker creating a very poor product there overcharging for please I beg you don't go here

I try not to post bad reviews often but this might be one of the worst experiences I've had at a salon. I wanted a full set of acrylics with a stiletto shape, something I get often. He glued the tips on so close to the edge of my nail I don't see them lasting long without breaking. Then he rushed through the shaping. Filed them down to a much shorter length than I asked for and half of them came out crooked. When I politely asked to adjust the shaping (even sacrificing more length just to have them straight) he continued to file them crooked. While we were there another group came in, apparently they had also booked an appointment but came in shortly before close. The man doing my nails visibly started rushing more which was frustrating for the toll it had on the quality of my set. Then when it came time to pay my mom and I chose to pay separate and he aggressively bawked at her and said "you don't have cash?!" In an angry tone without ever stating at the beginning that cash was preferred. In other words, take your $50 elsewhere and spend it somewhere they'll take the time to do a good job.

I love this nail salon. I have been coming here for over 15 years and they have always done a great job with pedicures, manicures and shellac. My whole family comes here for the great service, the quality of nails and even the fun designs they do. My dad also comes here for a gentleman's pedicure, even though it would never admit it. Definitely call ahead on the weekends if if you have a big party, as they are typically busy but will always take a walk in.
