I entered and signed up on waitlist. Only person waiting. Another customer came in to repair nail, walk in also and they took her before me. It was my first time there.
Wasn't a good impression, I left. There are too many nail places to put up with rudeness. Done.
I would not recommend this nail salon. I went in for a gel manicure and picked this salon because of the close proximity to my home. Walking in, the salon is dirty. Not only do the floors and tables need cleaned, I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the tools being used. The nail file looked like it was on its last life.
In addition, the girl doing my nails was not friendly and was extremely fast. Too fast in my opinion to do a good job. Day 2 my nails were already chipping. By day 5 the top coat turned yellow. And day 7 the gel started to peel. I had to get my nails redone after only having the gel on for a week.
The only good thing is the price. $25 for gel manicure. About the cheapest I've ever seen. But you get what you pay for! I would much rather spend $40 and know that I'm getting a manicure that will last 2-3 weeks and be in a clean environment.
I have lived in Westfield for almost 3 years and never knew this place was there (it's in a strip mall and the signage faces one direction). I decided to give this place a try after reading other reviews on the Nextdoor app. I've only been twice now but both times I've gotten speedy service and great results. Jessica does a pedi/gel mani faster than anyone I've ever seen but it's quality work! I've already booked my next 2 appointments and will continue to see Jessica. Prices are good & I'm happy to support a small local business.
