I won't be back.  Overpriced for quality of the services and staff.  Details of my poor experience detailed below:  I called a little after 6pm to see if they had availability for a pedicure and was told "yes" if you come now.  I said, "I'm 10 minutes away, is that soon enough".  They said yes.  Per the website, they are open until 8 pm, so I didn't foresee any problems with rushed service and quality results.  Upon arrival, I was greeted with a locked door.  I thought....."that's weird, they told me to come down and their website says open until 8pm"  I knocked on the door, tapped my phone and watch, which prompted the ladies inside to let me in.  I selected my color and was seated in one of the spa chairs and handed the now updated menu of services.  When I say updated, what I mean in an increased price list without changes to the services........who pays $65 for a pedicure unless you're in a high end salon, which this is NOT!  However, I decided to treat myself and just "go for it".  This was not a $65 pedicure, not to mention the additional tip!  So the pedicure goes without a hitch and then I'm moved to the drying table where I sat for maybe 3 minutes.  At 7:23, the technician says we need you to go now because we're closed.  When I questioned them because they are supposed to be open until 8 pm, they said....."well, our website is wrong, we close at 7" (keep in mind, I have now combed the internet and all notations for this store's hours are 8pm closing with them being updated within the last 2 months)  I again asked them why they told me to come in if I was going to be rushed and it was so close to closing time, they told me "well, you sounded desperate."  I can assure you, I was not begging them for a pedicure.......see above for the ENTIRE initial conversation.    When I indicated that I'd leave, but was very upset, the ladies backed off.  However, I don't expect I will return again.  The new prices are NOT reflective of the services or the treatment I received.  I like to support my local small businesses and felt prior to this moment the services were good and the pricing is fair.  They seem to think they have extraordinary services based upon their pricing, but they are severely mistaken.  If you want to overpay for your pedicure and be treated rudely, this is your place!

I usually go to La'mour, but it wasn't open so I went here. First of all, SUPER clean and well decorated. It felt fresh and tidy which is always important with a salon. I got a full set of acrlyics with gel overlay (and some gemstones). They look very good and I'm happy, however either my nails are growing super fast now or the gentleman who did my nails didn't do it far back enough. Either way it's okay! They are Hardy and look good

As for the pedicure I got, it was nice and they took the time to massage and me feel good. Being an athlete for so many years really takes a toll on your legs and feet! I didn't notice much filing or anything, which I was kind of sad about. I wish I had been given more of a shape, but I also don't have a lot to work with I got the cheapest pedicure with regular polish because I was already getting up there with expenses. The colour chipped almost immediately and I'm disappointed, but I had plans for after and needed to head out. They got me in and out in good time and the customer service was wonderfulTotal came out around $80 or so, which is better than a lot of places.
La'mour has my heart but I would still reccomend Westfield Nails:)

Update: the pedicure chipped almost immediately, and the rest followef soon after. I have gone to many other salons that have had regular polish last much longer. Disappointed. My manicure lasted better, but a nail popped off the other day, these are supposed to last longer. Overall the job was a little messy but I'll admit the gems at least stayed on the whole time

I have gone to this place for a little over a year now and have always been pleased with the results.. but I will NOT be going back.  I am writing this review out of frustration and to make others aware of the things that happened to me, so maybe they will not do it to other customers.
My bad experience started when I went to get a fill on my acrylic nails on a Sunday like I normally do.  I thought all was good because they looked nice but I realized the next day something was wrong because my nail polish started chipping off bad.  The following days they chipped even more and one nail broke totally in half.  I went back 5 days after my original fill to get my paint redone and my nail fixed.  The head guy of the salon, that actually did my original fill, explained to me that I was going to have to pay $20 to get my nails re-painted because I had regular paint on them and they are "not responsible" for it chipping off.
When I explained to him that I was supposed to have gel polish because I Always get gel polish, and showed him that he charged me for gel polish to begin with on my original fill ($32)  he said that he didn't have proof??  He would not budge or admit that he had made a mistake and offered me to pay $15 instead...   I needed them fixed so I reluctantly agreed and he re-painted my nails and fixed the broken one.  He went outside the front door to smoke in the middle of doing my nails, and was also on his phone. I could tell he didn't want to be fixing my nails that he messed up on in the first place.  That was 4 days ago.
After he "fixed" my nails the first time, the paint started peeling off Again, even worse than that first time.  One of my acrylic nails just popped off of my real nail which has never happened before.  This was the worst experience I have had at a nail salon, so please pay attention when you get your nails done especially if you think about going to this place! It is sad that the nail salon I've been going to for years treated me like this.

We got in right away, but when they were filing our nails we realized they use the same nail file for every person. They do not used fresh packaged files. When they were trimming our cuticles they made our nails bleed. And on my friend he put nail glue to stop the blood from coming out, and also used no gloves! And awful service, they never talked to us or said anything. In all never coming here again.
