Stopped in today for the first time and got served quickly but probably one of the fastest haircuts I've ever had and not a lot of care was taken.

Unfortunately they said they didn't offer any military discount which I was used to getting in California

The barber whose name is Heather is very fierce to her customer. And She made a very bad haircuts. It's a bad experience to have haircut in that store. I won't go anymore.

My friend went in to get a short haircut with layers. She came to church today with half her hair up and I told her it looks great! And then she told me she can't leave all her hair down because the girl only cut one layer of layers and they're literally an inch above her ears. Usually when you want layers, that means a gradual change of hair lengths on your head, not one inch above the ears and then a 2 inch change from the bottom length. She told me the lady did it in 5 minutes, sorry no. If someone comes in to get their hair cut, don't act so rushed to get it done in 5 minutes that you give people lesbian haircuts please. This is exactly the reason why I go to an actual salon to get my hair done, not a cheapo-trash bucket like this place.

DEVASTATING is the word to describe our latest experience.  I walked out in tears and it wasn't even my hair that was cut.  The stylist was given explicit instructions by me as to how to cut my son's hair in addition to the notes in the computer.  She cut off everything he has been working on years to grow.  In 30 seconds, before I could even make my way back to stop her, it was gone.  Upon trying to discuss her decision making process, she stood there and argued with me about it, with her assistant manager at the next chair!  Completely unacceptable.
