Just had pedicure with Thuy at V H Nails in Northcross Shopping Center. She is very professional, following all cleaning protocols, very personable and was the best pedicure I have ever had! Highly recommend!
I did a full acrylic get set and the girl who did my nails did so good! they looked so pretty in the end and i think they've really improved way better then these past reviews :). I 10/10 recommend!
Had a great experience. While there the state inspector was there. They scored 99. Very clean , courteous and no waiting.
I scheduled an appointment for today at 4:30. After waiting 45+ minutes, 2 people who's appointment was scheduled @ 5:00 we're taken ahead of me. I asked if they were going to get me in soon as they had taken 2 people ahead of me when my appointment was scheduled 30 minutes prior to theirs. The young lady working the front desk said she would take me back but was then told that I could wait longer or reschedule. I asked how much longer it would be & was told at least 30 minutes. I declined to wait longer & would not reschedule. They are over booking. I have used them in the past and was happy. I will not use them again. This is just bad business.
I'll preface by saying that this is not the place I originally go for my nails but my regular salon had an hour wait. So I go in for a nail repair and am already annoyed because the polish selection is limited but I find a color that closely matches so I roll with it. I have acrylic pointy almond nails and the nail tech that I had could not get the shape right even though i specified that the shape was not the same and the edge needed to be pointier. Instead of paying attention to the details and asking for assistance, he asks if i wanted to file/shape the nail myself. How is this the job you trained for but you can't get it right?! And the polish job was subpar. All I can say is never again.
