If I could give no stars I would, the worst place I've ever gone to cut my hair. I told her exactly what I wanted once I sat down and she straight up didn't even ask me questions on how I wanted the back of my head she just freehanded it and then also fucked up my hairline from the front when in fact I never even told her to touch it and it was too late to even say anything after I realized she cut it off. She is lucky that I'm a civilized person because I was literally about to cuss her out and go off and I should have not paid anything but let me tell you if you want your hair to be fucked up come here but if you're looking for an actual haircut I recommend you go anywhere else but here
Wait times are never accurate, stylists are obviously unhappy as they are unfriendly, and this location is severely understaffed. Not sure why I continue to punish myself by going here but today will be the last.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! They literally shaved my head completely bald when I asked for a "high and tight". Natasha is incompetent and when I called to ask to contact the manager Shanna hung up on me.
Had to reactivate my account just to leave this review! Maggie did a great job with my cut. I asked to go from long to medium and add layers and she did exactly what I was looking for, quickly too!
The only downside was that they are not shampooing due to Covid, so I would have washed mine ahead of time. But overall I'm very happy with my fresh and healthy cut, and I'll be back!
Salons just opened and are jammed. This Great Clips is accommodating 7 at a time. Masks required. No online check in right now. They come out and take your name and number. It moves right along and they don't rush you. Despite not living near here, this is my salon. Maggie is my girl! My advice...go early (before they open) and be patient. This too shall pass.
