Horrible rude place they talk about their customers. They don't know what customers service is.The will burn your face up getting eyebrow wax.Theyre always empty hopefully they will go out of business soon.

I would leave zero stars but that is not an option. Today I was so excited to go and pamper myself and get my self a nice manicure and pedicure for my honeymoon- we leave tomorrow early morning. I work multiple jobs so I took time off work to be able to do this. I scheduled my appointment on their website and got the confirmation from them via text and everything. I show up and the open sign is on and their hours on the door say they are open and I go to walk in and the door is locked and all the lights are off! I tried calling and no one answered. And now I am out of money I would have made if I had stayed at work, and on the most important trip of my life, The one where I wanted to go and feel a little more pampered and feel a little more pretty than usual, my honeymoon, and I'm not going to be able to feel those things now. I tried calling around to other locations and of course on such short notice and at this time of day I can't get in anywhere either. It's obviously shows that they do not care about their customers at all to leave them in situations like this so I would recommend going anywhere but here because you honestly cannot count on them
I've had eyelashes, eyebrow wax pedicures and gel nails. They always do a good job. Appointments are an issue but no more than at other nail places
