Utah Lashes in Centerville, UT

BEST LASHES IN UT. I'm in Sandy so Bountiful is about a 30 min drive but Tiff is so worth it my lashes always look amazing, I like to change up my shape/thickness/length and she's always down to tailor your lashes how you want them. Most importantly, my lashes stay SO HEALTHY. The place is the cutest salon, very clean, and the sweetest people!!!! I've tried two other artists here and they don't compare.

Great service! This is such a cute place and so many services are offered. I was in and out pretty quick. The girls in here are so nice and know exactly what they're doing. The ambiance is great. It's a little hard to find, but it's by the ace hardware in centerville.

My wife has been getting her lashes done by Tiffany for the last year and a half and loves the atmosphere and her lashes. Ashley couldn't imagine going anywhere else to have her lashes done anywhere else.

The owner, Tiffany, is so sweet and did a great job! They make getting ready for the day so much easier! I love my lashes!!

DONT GO HERE! I got my lashes done by Tiffany on my visit home during the holidays and literally woke up the next morning and had lost almost an ENTIRE row of lashes!!! the other side also had lashes missing.  Ive gotten them done before so I knew something was wrong. I immediately texted her and sent pictures. She told me that it's not normal to lose that many and that it could have been because "I sleep on my right side" (although that would mean the outer corners would be missing not the inner corners) shes now trying to say it must have been because I had glue on my lashes that she apparently spent so much time removing, that's a lie, I arrived with zero makeup on so much so that she kept telling me I could remove my mask and I said i rather keep it on because I had done absolutely nothing to my face that morning. And like I said I've gotten lashes done before so I've had techs remove some residue but NEVER has it caused all of them to come out (so if thats one of her reasons then she did a bad job removing the glue which other techs have done in the past in less than 2 minutes).
She later asked me to come in later, as I'm already on my way she mentions that she had to take her daughter to the airport and basically I wouldn't make it on time since its a 45 minute drive and A TON of lashes where missing so I turned back home. She already told me Monday would be harder to schedule for her and it's also my last day in town so i  knew it would be impossible to find the time on Monday.
That Sunday  (only two days after getting them done) they ALL had already fallen out on both sides!! I expected her to message me during that time just to apologize and see what we can figure out but didn't hear from her, I reached out when i returned home and asked to just cut our losses and for at least a partial refund and received NO answer. She left me on read and never contacted me.
I messaged her AGAIN the next day and she lied and said she never saw my message even though it was clearly seen by her the previous day. She said they don't do refunds but do touch ups for free but I DONT LIVE THERE! So there's no way I could go in anytime that week. I did NOT threaten her I told her I didn't want a refund and that I didn't need a response from her but would be leaving a review of my experience so people know how she handles these situations (unprofessional, client not considered a priority, and ignores texts) This has never happened to me before. Never again.
