Sparkling Nails in Centerville, UT

I CONTRACTED CONTACT DERMATITIS AT THIS SALON!!! do not get acrylics or dip done!!!! have had it since going there for a year three years ago and just had it diagnosed! do not go!!! its a life long condition. not only that but the quality of the nails was bad! they were bumpy, rushed and over priced! $60 for beginner look! do not go!!!

I've been here 3 times now and will never go back. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. I have called this place 10 or more times because I've lost my Apple Watch there. NOONE picks up the phone and they DO NOT listen to their voicemails as it states in the message when you call. Not only do you pay a shit ton of money, but below are the pictures of what I asked last time and what I actually got. Nails are the wrong color and shape and all different sizes. They also suck at any pedicure u less you get the most expensive one. If you don't they don't care to do a good job.

Went in and got an acrylic fill with gel and the nail tech Bella barely spoke to me. I asked for a certain length and shape she did the complete opposite of what I said and when I said I wanted them not as sharp edges she told me she couldn't do them any more rounded edges. She proceeded to paint my nails and my 3 year old could have done a better job. You could see every brush stroke and I said something and she got someone to come over that could not understand what I was saying and told me I had to pay if I wanted them fixed. They had other appointments. I had to wait for my appointment with her for 30 minutes. They kept insisting I pay and or come back later to fix them. I told them I wasn't paying extra and after 15 mins of asking them to fix them they finally took the color off and would only paint a clear coat on them. My MIL paid and told me after that they charged her for mine as a DOUBLE MANICURE!! So my clear top coat nails cost $90. I will not be going back.

I texted a picture of the nail design that I wanted and they had me come in early for the design and then had no one that could do it. Headed on a once in a lifetime trip, very disappointed.

Beware the bait-and-switch tactic, or at minimum, miscommunication, and possibly nail techs who do not adequately understand English. I called and specifically made an appt. for an acrylic fill and the woman on the phone who scheduled me said an acrylic fill would be $28. The salon called me a bit later and said they'd inadvertently overbooked the day of my appt. and asked me to come later in the day, which I did.

First, the good about this salon is that it is run efficiently. My wait time was merely a few minutes. My complaint is that after my tech removed my acrylic color she then claimed that they do not provide acrylic services! Also, the posted small signs at each station showed pricing, *including acrylic fills at $30* - which is more than the $28 quoted to me on the phone. My nail tech insisted that we use gel, which obviously is much more expensive. This resulted in spending more than I wanted and planned. I found this upsetting and dishonest, and I will never go back.
