GIGI Lash & Nail in Centerville, UT

I've been returning to Gigi Lash and Nail for over a year for dip manicures and lashes. It's not just the high quality of service that keeps me coming back.

Everyone is welcoming, but it goes beyond being "nice" - these ladies actually care. This salon has a good "vibe" where you can tell the employees are appreciated and actually like working there. Tiffany and Tram are the heart of this salon. They set the example of caring.

The value of being in this uplifting environment for "pampering" services cannot be quantified. You leave just feeling good. Caring is the differentiator for this salon. It's worth every penny spent, and as a client it's why I return.

I'm SO SAD. I wanted to love this place. I went once a few months ago. They dug so hard into the side of my toenail that it gave me an ingrown toenail. They were super nice when I called and told them I had to pay to get it removed and refunded me. They told me to come back and give them another shot! So I did. I went back a few weeks ago and again, got another ingrown from them digging at the side of my nail. My toe is so infected I have to go back to get it treated. It's so sad because they're all So nice. But I have never gotten ingrown or infections from any other salon.

This place was so clean! And the ladies treated us so great! They took me and my boyfriend as walk-ins right away just an hour before closing.
These ladies were professional and fun! Mindy will have you giggling the entire time, Tina is a bit reserved, but always smiling and friendly. Kenzie (?) did my manicure, she's young and a little silly. And Tham was doing a different manicure next to me and she did a beautiful job on dip nails.
I definitely recommend getting pampered here! We will be back!

to be honest the service we required was bad. My appointment was set for 2:15 and another one at 3:00. I didn't get in until 3:59. An hour late?! the lashes are painful and causing teary eyes. the fans are way to clumped together, and they are wayy to close to my water line. ladies please be careful when you are getting things done. this can cause you to loose lashes, pop blood vessels, etc. i don't even wanna give a star.. but it's making me.

The quality is good.  The people are nice. The appointments are badly managed.   I completely recommend this place if you have lots of time.  If you don't, I suggest you find some place that runs on schedule.  It's very normal for them to be 15-30 minutes behind schedule.  Again - great service if you have the time.
