I was disappointed with where I had been getting my nails done. So, I tried US Nails based on a recommendation from a friend. I've been coming here for about a year and am very, very happy. Andy is the new manager and he is giving it everything he's got to make you happy. He makes triple sure your nails are the length and shape you want them. PLUS - they just got new massage chairs that are absolutely the best around. Even the arms have a spot to put your forearms and hands and they get massaged too! If you look at the pic you'll see where the massagers come out to do your shoulders and sides as well. A great bonus to a great pedicure. They're prices are very reasonable too. They accommodate walk-ins but when I make an appointment - they honor the time promptly.
Extremely disappointed with this place!!! They have no base prices so every single time they make up the cost of the work and extremely overcharge you. I went in for a basic acrylic set with basic nail polish and the entire time she was rushing through the process and paying no attention to detail! While my nails were drying she immediately rubbed cuticle oil on them streaking each nail then proceed to do this again. I ended up leaving disappointed with messy nails and on the way out she said "come back tomorrow and ill fix them" No, after paying $75 for the most basic set I will not come back; I fully expect that I will leave satisfied with what I paid for. Take your money and your business elsewhere.
Trash!! I've been here three times and all different prices each time. They make their own prices. You'll have an appointment and they will never be on time for your appointment because they get greedy and try to take every walk in every time. The woman I had most recently was on the phone (headset) the entire time. Her personal phone, not business. Both women I had the last two times were so rough and burned my finger with the acrylic. My grandmother went in after me and they overcharged her $10 from the last time she was in there because they had to 'reshape' her nails from the last time THEY did them. Absolute greed in this place and extremely shady.
I was in a tight squeeze to get my nails done for my trip. USA nails was able to squeeze me in! I love my nail tech as she understands what I was looking for.
My last experience at USA nails wasn't the best. While clipping the cuticles, she clipped to much and caused bleeding and pain with two of my fingers. Also the design was ok except for one nail that she didn't fix and it makes the design look messy. I really didn't appreciate the service, hopefully next time it's better.
