I've given chance after chance allowing them to redeem their selves. After yesterday it will be thee last time I EVER go there again. The staff sits around and never cares to clean the Nail shop, confirming other reviews YES, messy & huge fly problem. My artist Nicki will try to talk me out of colors I pick, then use a color I never decided on. Wasting my time sitting there for over 2 hours to do a dip nail, on my real nails. && In result my nails will look uneven, lumpy, steaks, & it never fails for her to cut my fingers every time. Here is the kicker ... the products they use are ran down, at the last drop and it's not an efficient way to deliver a service with someone else's cut finger nails in the dip powders and the gel base being old and dried up. Best part when i addressed the issue she just laughed YEAH BECAUSE YOU KNOW ITS TRUE . But they are that low tiered to not care about their appearance of the store or their work. Won't be surprised when they get shut down. Now my review to OSHA
I should have known I was in trouble when the woman used the strongest nail drill grit on my nails to remove the old dip powder off then soaked my fingers in acetone without wrapping them in foil. She then used a cuticle cutter to pick some of it off my pinky nail but grabbed onto my real nail too and proceeded to dig and gouge into my nail bed in the middle of my nail. Afterwards started to squeeze nail glue on my natural nails as primer for the dip! I asked her to remove the nail glue, and left immediately. This was the strangest experience I have had at a nail salon before!
Skip this place. They were friendly, although the lady kept telling me the price over and over and making sure I understood it was $85 (for myself and my 2 girls). I kept telling her I know. My daughter was unhappy with her nails. The lady cut her finger, left nails polish on her skin, the nails were bumpy, uneven, and crooked. I got a pedicure and the nail polish was lumpy and started coming off the next day. Won't be returning.
Not one mail is relatively similar in size or shape. This is why I do not get my nails done.
The workers were super nice when I walked in. The price was good but $25 for a gel fill and you definitely get what you pay for. All my nails were cut unevenly and while they were taking off my old gel polish they cut my finger nail beds bloody. Wouldn't go back.
