Us Nails in St Charles, MO

My daughter and  I went to have to have a full set of acrylic nails put on.  I wasn't impressed with the shape of the shop and questionable cleanliness. We went ahead and moved forward with it.  We left there at 6 pm. By 11 am the next morning the polish on my middle finger was peeling off.  I called and informed them and they said come back and they would fix. I showered and got ready to go and my pinky finger was peeling.  Went in and the lady (the man did my nails initially) helped me.  They asked me what the color of the polish was, the number.  Being our first time I didn't even realize I needed to know a number. I picked what I thought matched.  She then picked another one and said, "it was close enough".  The color was pretty much the same, however it had sparkles in it when the original didn't.  Initially the gentleman put two coats of polish and a top coat.  She only did one coat and a top coat.  As you can see in the pictures, you can see through the polish to the messed up polish underneath.  Obviously two coats were needed.  She just wanted to rush it and get me out of there. A second coat would have taken about 60 seconds longer.    We will not return there again or recommend to anyone.  I don't find $40 plus a tip on top of that inexpensive and certainly expect them to look amazing and for more than 17 hours later, most of which was sleeping!

They're a bit outdated for my taste inside and pertaining to nail art. I am use to a certain level of work and was hoping they would be able to perform. I requested dip powder, nail art (third eye in crystals), and a refill. I was told I would have to do a new set, and they do not have many crystals/diamonds to do the nail art I requested. They said the total charge would be $65. Then I was told if I got acrylic it would last the same amount of time as powder, which usually last me about 3-4 weeks. I never knew acrylic lasting that long which is why I would never get it but they insisted. They also stated it was a lot less in pricing, So against my better judgment I decided to go with acrylic. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and the longest acrylic has ever lasted for me was 2 weeks MAX. When it was time to pay, I was told the amount was $65 even though they told me the acrylic was less than powder. Needless to say that was my first and last time there. They were nice overall but not on my standard of expectation that I am use to.

They're appointment only due to covid, but this was my first time so I didn't know. They were able to get me in and honestly did such an amazing job. Very detail oriented in making sure every finger and toe nail looked perfect! AND they still got me out in about an hour and a half for a full mani pedi. Can't say enough great things!!!

The owners are kind but their pedicures seemed very rushed and my gel manicure lasted only two days before it started peeling and chipping. Prices were very competitive to the area.

My fave nail salon in the St. Charles area! I've visited them all but always come back because the service and friendliness of the owners is amazing. My daughters also will only get their nails done here. It's a small family owned business and I'm so happy to support them! Give them a try! And seriously they are super clean. That other review is not accurate at all!
