They are amazing! My favorite Nail Tech is Emmie. She's patient and helpful and she listens and remembers what I want when I visit there. They are under new ownership for the record. They have so many varieties of colors and varieties of ways they can do your nails. As of now I will continue to recommend Update 8/21
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Beware!!! Spend your hard earned money wisely! Unprofessional and uneducated! I called in advance.. When arrived I was told I could only have one service done.. Manager insisted it was his fault and my fault because he didn't know what time it was..REALLY!? One of the nail techs insisted on yelling out "tell her to come back tomorrow" excuse you no I'm here now and yes you will provide the services I call and asked for!!! This is the second time no actually third time they have displayed how unprofessional they are! The owner talks shitty to his wife and his staff lacks experience and knowledge of nail care! I had been going here faithfully for about a year he then told me he could not do white powder any more because "it's too expensive and takes too long to shape the nail" so I replaced the mediocre salon and started driving to Lynchburg because there are NO consistently good salons in Roanoke/Salem! Nowhere! The first time the staff had NO KNOWLEDGE or experience with pink and white powder I literally had to teach them!!!! I'm technically owed services for their rest of their days after that!!! But whatever we can't all know how to do our profession correctly.. Lol yea right! Ugh
