We stopped here traveling through the area. Was a cool establishment; however, the worst pedicures we have EVER had! They were rough and exhibited no grace or delicacy the entire time. I felt rushed and never had the ability to relax and enjoy what is sought to be a pleasurable experience. There was no relaxing. The lady was so rushed she got frustrated with how I was taking off my socks and rushed in and ripped them off my feet. There was also lots of chatting among the workers in their native language that was loud and did not allow for my husband to nap as he desired.
I've been going to innovation nails for a long time, and my last experience there is enough to make me not go back. I made an appointment for SNS and they continued to move me from chair to chair, prioritizing other customers. In total, a one hour job was a two hour experience. My nails weren't shaped but instead, clear polish was painted over them, showing all of their blemishes. To top it off, the nail tech checked to make sure they are dry, which they were not and I leave the salon with her fingerprints on my nails. $45 dollars down the drain.
My nails look amazing! They offer drinks and make you feel at home. Prices aren't too bad either.
I loved it here and I went with multiple people. We thought it was so good that we would do separate rating. They were very nice. They massaged my legs very nice. Their colors are a wide variety. My pedicure was very soothing. I had some weird bumps on my feet and they pulled out a cheese grader like thing and it tickles a little and I no longer have those bumps. It feels so good. I may start wearing flip flops more often. Such a nice place. A little expensive but makes sense since it takes a little bit and feels very good.
