Us Nails in Lancaster, PA

First time visiting this nail salon but needed a pedicure desperately and was in the area. Called and made appointment in advanced and they took me upon arrival, right on time! Huge plus because I tend to be impatient when I have an appointment but end up waiting because too many people were squeezed in... The offer all types of services a typical salon offers and I opted for a Deluxe Pedicure and was very impressed!! Loved the hot stone massage as well as the callous removal. Karen helped me and I'll definitely be back in the future when I'm in the Lancaster area!

I've been going here for many years. You can never be seen when your actual appointment time is- always waiting. Recently I decided to take my acrylic nails off and paid to take them off. A few weeks later I had to go to another girl there since my usual was busy.. The owner asked me why my nails were off and I said I just wanted to take them off. The technician I saw told me that I still had acrylics on- even though I paid 14$ to get them taken off. The owner then asked the girl who usually did my nails and she stated she did a dip. Well, guess what I was charged another $14 to get my nails finally off. So much for Customer Service - good ridens, glad you value your long-time customers!!!!

Been going here a few years. You need to know the operators and stick with the one you like best. I've had some nice operators but yes, some are pretty rude. this place needs a good cleaning. Things aren't as sterilized as they should be. Also ,yes the girls do talk a lot in their native language . Some will make the effort to talk to you, others won't. It's the owners responsibility on how this place is run, the cleanliness and how her operators engage with the customers . Each operator should take home a copy of her appointments for the next day so she can call them if delayed or not showing up. And yes their prices have gone up and at this point might start looking for a cleaner, more professional operating place for the same pricing!

Did ok, Lots of employees talking Vietnamese very loud the girl that did my nails talked to other employees only the whole time. Pedicure & Gel fill. Only talked english when asking what done, color, and for payment. Employees never tried to communicate with customers. Thought rude when running a Business. Won't be back

I have gone to this salon for many years. I did stop for awhile because of the frustration I experienced by booking appointments (because my time is as valuable as theirs) and still had to wait way past my appointment time because they didn't write down the appointment when I called or they took too many walk-ins. They also cut me multiple times while filing my nails. I decided to give it another try and the last two appointments they cut me again! My finger was bleeding and very sore. It took over a week to heal. I'm done with this place. I won't go back.
