Mistakenly went to this place instead of the place I booked a service with. He said he didn't have me scheduled and seemed annoyed and went to walk away. I was surprised he wasn't even going to try and convert me into a customer or say anything useful to help me. So I said well can I just get my nails done here and again seemed annoyed and didn't have an opening for 2 hours and walked away. Definitely seemed like I was just bothering him so I walked out.
I got my nails done on Saturday morning, the service was okay and decent. But it's been two days and two of my nails have broke off from me doing nothing but wiping tables at work. I've had these sets for about a month and I usually go to a different salon to refill but they were booked and I decided to attend this place and my nails aren't even strong enough to do anything with them.
I had a great experience at this location. They took their time and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.
I am trying to grow out my natural nails and have been going to get them dipped every couple weeks. I made an appointment and went in for a new dipped nail set and Steve did an amazing job! Very nice employees, and clean work. Lots of attention to detail. They always file down the dip powder so the nails aren't chunky and bubbly. I'm obsessed with how they turned out and I am very happy with my experience.
I walked in Lovely Nails on a Monday a 1pm. There were 3 customers in the shop. A worker looked up and grunted at me "what can I help you with?". I asked for a pedicure and he said "we are really busy". I could barely understand him with his mask on and I asked him to repeat what he said. He said "we are busy today. We can't help you". I must have looked surprised because then he said "goodbye" before I had the chance to say a word. Would not recommend. Rudest encounter I have ever experienced.
