I came with my husband and daughter. They called me and I asked if she could come along and the lady gave me attitude about me only calling for one person WHICH I DIDNT. I only called to see if there is availability. She proceeded to snap at me talking about I only called for one person. If so I'll just take the next person!? Like wtf?! NO! You can take my daughter. How you gonna try and skip me and my daughter all together??!! Just because you were flustered with clients walking in, that doesn't mean you can treat waiting customers rude like that.

I wouldn't come here. I came here and asked if they were able to fix one of my nails, i was told it would be no problem. She ended up putting the nail on crooked and talking very rude not only to me but about me to the other workers. Then she rushed and said she couldnt do the simple design because she had another client coming in and didnt have time. Mind you there were no customers and other workers doing nothing!!! If you are looking for your nails to be crooked and not done right then come here!! I would rather cut off my left finger than go back there because this shit is more crooked then my ex. Even with all that i went to tip her and even she must have known she did shitty cause she didn't take it and I'm glad she didn't deserve it!! I would give it a negative zero but Yelp would let me.
The BEST Nailshop in the Valley. After trying several shops all over town for 2 years, I had given up on finding a decent shop. Then I was introduced to U.S. Nails. That was over 2 years ago & I haven't been to another shop since. Elly has been my tech since the start. I can sleep in her chair, knowing my nail will be perfect when she is done. Wendy makes me feel comfortable & at home when I'm here. Very clean, professional & excellent work. Worth every penny, every time!!! Give them a try, take my word for it. Well......1st time here. Looking for a another nail salon due to last place bought out by another owner. Got here 5 minutes early and had to wait til 11:16 to get waited on. What got my attention was a lady just arriving for a pedicure and LITERALLY got waited on in 2 minutes. Asked my lady if this was normal to wait this long wirh appointments. She answered by asking me what time did I get here, emphasizing that I arrived 5 minutes early. How rude! 1st and last time at this place.
