My mother and I visited Fancy Nails on Saturday, 10/14/23, in the afternoon.
I liked how we were both assisted immediately upon entrance. We didn't experience a wait at all, which was very nice. We decided to opt for pedicures and get gel polish on our toes. The staff members did a great job with their services. It was a bit mind-blowing that it cost a total of $92 for two pedicures (not including the tip).
Fancy Nails gets the job done!
I showed a picture of what I wanted for my pedicure and I asked if she can do it. She said yes, next thing you know I see her struggling. End up paying full price for something that I didn't like, doesn't look like to what I showed her.
What I got versus what I asked for I've also been charged more everytime I go even though I'm only getting a fill and a pedicure I spend 130 with tip included every time and I'm so sick of not getting what I ASKED FOR WHEN IM PAYING FOR IT!!!! THEN TO BE UPCHARGED EVERY TIME FOR NOTHING LIKE SERIOUSLY A FILL SHOULD NOT COST MORE THAN A FULL SET so with that being said after spending $130 here I now have to pay more money to get them fixed I gave them three chances I'm done.

I always come here to get my full set and pedicures!! All of the pedicure specialists are so sweet and do an amazing job! But if you want to get your full set done by anyone, hands down BEST nail tech is Jennifer!! Shes so amazing and takes her time to make sure that your nails are basically PERFECT and always makes you feel welcome and personal. Not to mention, all while she is doing nails, she's taking calls and setting appointments. SHE DOES IT ALL!!! Love love love this place and love love love Jennifer!
