Booked an appt here for my daughter 1 month in advance for a trim and a few highlights. Got there at 420p for our 430p appt and didn't leave until 645p!! Another customer was also booked for same time and we spent the bulk of our time sitting and waiting. My child is 10 so this isn't easy Also I had cut the back of my daughters hair and had asked for a shaved under cut for that section. What she did is not the same as the picture I showed and what they said they could do. My daughter is devastated and now walking around like this for holidays and I'm pretty disturbed we were charged $150 for a few highlights, this disaster in the back, and a trim that took 10 minutes of actual hair cutting. The stylist had this photo!! This post is truly just a PSA for others so they are warned. Don't go there.
I liked the haircut I got about a month ago. My hairdresser was very nice and friendly.
Leah is amazing! I came in with a horrible dye job and experience from a different salon. I explained to her what I wanted and we were able to accomplish it. She was so personable and sweet. It made it feel like I've been going there for years. Leah definitely has a new client in me. I would recommend Untamed to anyone looking for a salon.
I came to untamed and Leah did my hair and it came out AMAZING. She took the proper precautions for covid and it was a great experience. The reason I'm rating 3 stars is not because of Leah in anyway!!! If I was just rating her it would be 5 stars. The reason I'm giving a 3 stat rating is because I wanted to tip Leah, but i paid with a card and they don't allow tips on cards. I also don't have venmo so I couldn't tip that way. Otherwise everything was wonderful!
I've been getting my hair done here for years. (This is a new location) Everyone is professional and they give you 100% of their time. It's a very clean and a very cute salon. I get my hair done by Meaghan and she does a fabulous job every single time. Awesome place!
