Somehow, my review keeps getting deleted, so will post this again so the staff here realizes they need to treat folks who walk through their door better. I walked in to an empty shop. 2 stylist gabbing away who did not look up or acknowledge my existence in any way. Were annoyed that I interrupted them. got quick haircut, stylist doesn't speak to me at all. Haircut was fine but there are plenty of other places out there to get one, place that will at least say Hi

This beauty salon is very easy to miss either way that your traveling along Route 20 between Worcester & Auburn; but if you slow down on your drive and happen to be looking for a really awesome beauty salon, I highly recommend you check out Ladies & Gent's. This is my go to spot for myself & my daughter when we're in need of some TLC for our tresses‍‍. I have brought my daughter here every year at the end of the summer to get her haircut for school, and every year we get an awesome stylist, and pay a price far less than anywhere else I know of. They have specials on Tuesday's where I believe the cuts are less than $10! Can't beat that! Overall I have had nothing but great experiences visiting Ladies and Gents. They offer affordable cuts, and coloring services; all the while maintaining a super friendly atmosphere. If your in need of some love to your locks, definitely check out Ladies and Gent's. You won't leave unhappy!

I called last minute (in tears) because my hair color from another salon was just too drastic for me. Candace asked me to come within 10 minutes, and about an hour or so later I walked out so happy and relieved I can't even describe it. She changed the burgundy to a caramel color and gave me beautiful blonde highlights. I drove up to what I thought was a little hole-in-the-wall and was pleasantly surprised at what a friendly, helpful salon it was! I will definitely be going back!

I called this morning right as they opened to see if they had any openings around lunchtime for a cut and color. They booked me no questions or attitude. I walked into this little salon which was busy but very clean. I didn't know who I had booked with and was greeted with a big smile and told them I had an appointment. One stylist gave me their color book to look at while I waited for my appointment. It was my turn and I got Candice. She was a pleasure to have. She sat me down and had a very thorough consult with me as I was making a big change. She cut my hair perfectly as I visioned it and the color came out amazing! I was stuck between two colors and had her choose for me and her color selection was amazing. I asked if I could squeeze in an eyebrow wax as well and she was pleasant and accommodated me. When she styled my hair it was nice! I wish she would of used a little product to protect against the heat but overall it was nice My experience here was nice. I will definitely be returning for all my hair and waxing needs. Candice was such a pleasant person and made me feel very comfortable. The other stylist who was there was also very pleasant and had great customer service skills from what I saw I went back to work and got plenty of compliments and I recommended a few friends who are going to try them Their prices are reasonable
