worst experience ever. rushed through every part. laugh at me and stared at me while talking in another language while also pointing at me. horrible.

Had gel nails done at the beginning of July. The women who did them did an awesome job. They looked great. Went back two days ago and the guy who did them cut my cuticles making them bleed. Still red and sore. Filed my nails uneven. Parts of the nail has no polish. The lines on the French manicure was uneven. Not very happy. I just wanted to get out of there and didn't want him to touch my nails again

Not sure how there is so many positive reviews. Tried this place for the first time today. Typical nail salon where they're constantly trying to offer things you don't want, whatever no problem. During my pedicure the nail tech told me my toes were pretty except my pinky toe was ugly and what did i do to it. Also whatever got over it. She pointed out a had a callus and literally wouldn't stop talking about it and my $55 pedicure turned into a $70 one. Then we get get to my nails which were so thick, lumpy, and weirdly shaped. I told her i didn't like them she attempted to fix them, they were still awful. She calls over 2 other techs and starts yelling in a different language while they all touch my nails. She gets up and says someone else will finish you i can't help you. The other nail tech made them decent but still not worth what i paid i want to rip them off. Horribly rude people will not be back. And 2 days later my gel polish i paid $20 extra for is chipped

Stopped by J& J Nails, for a spa pedicure - I had no appointment scheduled - techs were very pleasant, and Jason was able to take me in immediately - my daughters, both driving quite a distance to come here, have been using their services for years and have always praised their nail techs, and this business- this is my 3 rd trip - Jason was so professional- his expertise, and precise techniques bringing amazing results for my pedicure- I have had pedicures at other businesses that in no way meet up to the quality of the service, extent of the service, and pampering (leg, foot and shoulder massage) by the J&J's mail techs - and while you're getting your pedicure, take advantage of the awesome massage chair you're sitting in (there is one at every pedicure station) it definitely brings you to a fully relaxed state - 5 stars to J&J Nails, tech Jason and their entire staff - can't wait for my next visit!

pedicures have always been great but last two visits not so good, polish chipped within a week and it was rushed. I just had a gel manicure that also chipped in a week and when I went to have the gel removed it was an absolute mess! maybe just my luck but even the owner looked surprised when I showed him my fingernails after having the gel polish removed.
