I've never in life seen somebody rude like the owner ivy  she gets rude and frustrated when you tell her respectfully if you're not happy with service  this was my 2nd time giving her nail salon a 2nd chance and 2 years later she's still the same. I remember her salon was packed up with customers every day now it's little to none!  Do not spend your money in her place of business until she learn how to treat her customers that keeps money flowing in her business and food on her table

This place does half-ass work! They don't consider the client and over charge (even if there is a price list don't go by that..) they charge you whatever they want to charge more money for what shotty work they do. Any nail salon you normally go to on a Friday is slammed, this place dead and there's a reason. They are rude and don't listen to their clients. I wouldn't recommend, been there twice, second time was to give them the benefit of the doubt for the horrible work they did to my nails which were lifting after 5 days. If your not someone they like they just give you to an old nail tech who doesn't care, that's just sad.  However there is a nail tech there who does great work but she only works on the people she wants to. Would not recommend.

Ivy is very unprofessional with her customer service. I arrived at 5:10 for my appointment which was at 5:30. No staff acknowledged that I had an appointment. They did not call me back until going on 7:00pm. My nails were rushed and as a result I have real shitty nails. I am very disappointed that my nails do not look professionally done. Ivy agreed to repolish my nails after viewing them. Then, changed her mind the next day. I feel robbed and disrespected. My nails are different shapes, fat (very puffy) and the polish is not smooth. I am so disappointed I could cry. Happy fucking Valentines day to my hard working self. Shit is unbelievable. Check out the pictures and videos of these weak ass nails he did.

I usually do my own nails as I always tend to be underwhelmed by the end result at nail salons. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and am fully qualified to do nails if I so choose. However, since I'm not ambidextrous, it is a little harder when you have to use your non-dominant hand.
Anyhoo, I decided to try Unique Nails as I've heard good things and seen beautiful sets of nails ontheir Facebook page. I was there shortly after they opened for business at 10 AM and had no wait at all. Everything started off well. I picked what appeared to be a black glitter gel polish. The nail tech removed the previous gel polish with a drill with ease. The fill process went as one would expect and my almond shape was done beautifully.
Here is where it starts going left... The color was not a black with glitter but a clear glitter with black in it. Not what the swatch appeared to be at all. I told the tech that I didn't like it and asked for something different. He said he would put 3 layers to get it like the swatch. Problem is the bottle was damn near empty. It wasn't what I wanted but it wasn't bad so I went with it. As I was checking out, I realized that there was acrylic stuck to my skin. If you want your nails to lift, this is the perfect way for it to happen. Since I only had a little time before I had to be at work, I just paid and left.
I sent an email with pictures to see if someone would be able to fix them but I haven't received a response yet.
If you're planning to go to this salon, I highly suggest asking for references on who to see and not just taking whoever is available.

I went here to get SNS powder, they had very little color selection. but i was mostly disappointed with how my nails turned out. they are super thick and chunky and the shape is god awful. I asked for square shape and every single nail on my finger looks different from one another. they used 3 layers of overcoat making my nails very chunky and unappealing. the exact opposite of the look i was hoping for. They charge an extra $5 to take the dip off. Which most places do not, so that is another con. I really do not recommend this place for SNS
