Long Nails in Chattanooga, TN

They have horrible customer service. We called to make an appointment for 2 people. We arrived before our appointment time and the lady that worked there, was very rude and said that we were only scheduled for 1 pedicure. She didn't try to reschedule or anything. Very rude and aggressive when she spoke to us. We left, with no service at all. Customer service is very important and it was not used with us. I don't recommend this place to anyone!!! Beware, if you go!!!!

I took my granddaughter there this week. Two customers ahead of me when we got there. The manager asked what we wanted, and we said a gel manicure for her, nothing for me. she said ok. We arrived there around 4:10. About 20 minutes later, the two ladies ahead of us were called for their services, so we should had been next. We sat expecting them to call us, but they waited until someone else came in, and she did not have an appointment, because they asked her what service did she want. They said ok, and they continued to wait on the other clients. In the meantime, another client came in, sat right down in one of the nail chairs, and said something about not having an appointment. They were going to wait on her, but she said she would be back. Then they called the lady who came in behind us, to service her, and that is when we left. The whole time we were there, they never did acknowledged us or anything. It was as if we were invisible. I will never go back there again. Customer service was bad. Maybe it was a lottery thing.

Left this place after spending two hours there. Was originally told they weren't busy at all. Showed a picture of my request and was reassured it would be no problem to provide me with my request. I requested stiletto nails medium length and a simple polish. After requesting the tech reshape my nails due to them being thick and bulky he became rude and abrupt with the drill subsequently burning/cutting almost all of my nail beds. I left prior to allowing him to continue to do damage. I will NEVER return to this location.

I mean the owner was really nice , but her kids are just out of control . Running around the shop being extremely loud . She doesn't tell them to quiet down . It was very annoying & unprofessional. It's okay to have your kids at your business but don't have them running around acting crazy !!!

I was extremely pleased with their services. I called to see if they could take me. I arrived at 4:15 and was immediately taken to start my gel polish. Kim, I think that's her name, is extremely fast and does great work. She was done in about 30 min. I next had my pedicure. And while I don't need a lot of work done, I appreciated that she took her time. Although she is fast, she is very thorough!!! When I'm in town again and need my nails done, I will definitely come here. I'll also recommend them to my mom who lives nearby
