Ulta Beauty in Greensboro, NC

I rarely go to the local Ulta store, but I am so glad I did! I had the best most amazing service from the cashier in charge, Kelaisha!  There were a lot of people in line. She was extremely friendly and smiling and even walked back to show me what would be best for what I was needing, she took the time and seemed to truly care that I was satisfied.  This is wonderful customer service, especially during the holidays. This is very rare! Thank you so much!

Today, I stopped by the Ulta salon for a makeup appointment with Mikayla. I needed help determining which shades of red lipstick match my skin tone. I have been stymied for some time over which colors work best for my fair skin. When I arrived, Mikayla asked me what I was looking to accomplish during the appointment. She listened to me and asked relevant questions. After a short time where she found various red lip options, we got started. By the time the appointment ended, I had 3 new colors, and I understood which skin tone I have and what type of colors I should wear in the future. I really appreciate Mikayla helping me so diligently today. She is a real asset to Ulta.

Absolutely worst customer service. This Ulta makes one never want to go in another one. Thank goodness there are other options.

On multiple occasions I've come to this store and experienced the same terrible service. I am disgusted at the fact that on my last two visits where I had an appointment I was either ignored for an extended period of time  or not helped at all. On September 23, 2021, I entered the store for my brow appointment. I went to the salon area where an older Caucasian woman with colorful hair was standing. She continued to either clean up or straighten up behind the partition and about 10 minutes later she walked over and asked how could she help me. I explained I was there for a brow appt. She offered me a seat to wait. After a total of 30 minutes of waiting and standing, I was finally seen by Faith. On 10/21/2021, I had another brow appointment. As I approached the salon area the same colorful haired Caucasian woman left the wrap desk and proceeded to go and talk to someone in the shampoo area. Again, she saw me standing there and didn't offer any help. After about 6 mins of waiting a sales associate finally comes over to ask what I needed and I explained to her that I'm there for a brow appt. She informs me that although my appointment was confirmed that she hadn't seen the brow girl all day. I live 20 minutes from Ulta. Nothing is acceptable in having customers patronize a store where you can not get a simple hello from someone who isn't assisting anyone.  Nothing is acceptable about having customers drive to your store of rude associates for confirmed appointments just to leave without the service they booked. Ulta, I am thoroughly disgusted with the way you run your business.

Harassing and rude store employees. Do not visit this location. They do not accept everyone for who they are and their medical limitations.
