Nail Fever in Greensboro, NC

I went to Nail fever on 6/20/22 with a friend. It was a great experience until the guy was finishing up my nails. I got a white sns manicure. He was leveling out my sns with the little sander and then started sanding my cuticles with it. I told him that it hurt so then he stopped. My cuticle then began to bleed. He said sorry and just left it at that. My nail also chipped the next day.

I love Nail Fever. After trying out many local nail salons, I can honestly say the Nail Fever has earned loyalty from my husband, daughter and I. Their pedicures make you feel so pampered and relaxed. Their full-sets and manicure are expertly finished. Best of all, they last! They do very good work. Something g great is also that everyone there is always so pleasant. They actually get to know you, and always make you feel good to come by. Give them a try, you'll love them.

I love getting a pedicure here.  Especially the ones with the hot stones. It is a Lavender pedi and it feels great on my feet and legs.    They really take their time and make sure I am happy.

I went into this establishment to get my acrylic nails soaked off and a basic pedicure. Upon me walking in, I was immediately treated like I wasn't wanted there and that I was a burden to the owner. My first thought was that maybe they were getting ready to close but looking at the time it was around 4:30pm and they closed at 6pm.

The water for my pedicure was boiling hot. The OWNER asked me if it was hot, I said yes. She proceeded to put a small amount of cold water in and asked again. I repeated myself and she put in another drop of what seemed like more hot water. At that point, I tolerated the hot water because I didn't want to be difficult. While my feet cooked, she placed my hands in acetone and continued to tell me that my nails were too thick. Okay... well. I'm getting them soaked off but thank you for the observation.

The pedicure was rushed. Everything from the scraping to the filing. The gel polish on my toes got drilled off to the point where they're sore now... Instead of getting soaked down at least a little bit. Once again, I looked at the time. No where near 6pm. I looked around for other customers who must have been waiting. It was just me and another lady being helped my another nail tech.

Once it came down to putting on the polish, I'll admit that I was distracted when she asked "do you like the color?". Once I snapped out of daydreaming I said that I did and she responded "It's really light". I responded by saying that my feet were going to be covered most of the time so it's okay. I guess she thought that meant "Just throw this nail polish on my toes". Long story short, my feet looks awful. Like I payed $25 for fun. Like my God child painted my toes.

This rant is long enough, so i'll sum the rest of my experience up by saying that I have never walked into a nail salon before and felt immense unwanted vibes. I was rushed out. My nails are sore from all the drilling. My toes are sore from all the drilling. I was treated as though I was taking up the owner's time and that I was burdening her. I'm embarrassed to say that I experienced this and still paid my $40.

I experienced the same treatment as a lot of other unsatisfied customers. From the rudeness, to the sore nails, this was as unprofessional as it gets.

I have visited this shop 3x and each time the customer service is awful but the location convenient. The employees argue about what color you should get and then don't do what you request (shape, style, or pedicure type), nails have chipped with gel polish within three days! I would not recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for quality work
