Blasted Blow Dry Bar in Greensboro, NC

My hair felt great and was super soft, but my short hair was over curled so I had to redo it when I got home. It just didn't look natural. It was just too much. Very nice place and nice stylists so I will show a photo and be more specific if I return.

I would love to get a weekly blowout if I can find someone that can do what I like!

I absolutely love this place for a blow out, they have wonderful staff that are always knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoy that they take the time to listen to what you're looking for when styling your hair for an event, family photos or just a day out on the town! Vanessa is fantastic, she always goes above and beyond. Currently they are not doing any make-up/ or eyelashes which the website still has. They need to update this. It's very confusing for the costumer. *just a small note for the business owner*

The business is following all Covid-19 protocols, and complying with all state mandates.

Everyone was very nice. However the stylist did not provide the service I requested. I asked her to use a curling iron to do spiral curls after blow drying it. Before starting she asked whether I specifically wanted the curling iron used versus round brush curls and I said I wanted her to use the curling iron. I did this for a specific reason. If an iron isn't used, although my hair may look smooth when it's first blown dry. It will frizz later. Despite me asking for this, she proceeded to try to make curls with the round brush. Then asked me when done blowing it dry how it looked. Although it did look nice when she was finished, and I accepted it, sure enough within an hour it was all frizzy and I had to redo my hair. I wish she had listened to me in the first place and given me what I'd asked for rather than trying to short cut it. Listening to the client is key to a happy client.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The management of this business is disgusting. And honestly, they do ILLEGAL things. 3 packages of mine, valued at over $1200, were delivered by mistake to this business. An employee named "Vulinski" opened all THREE packages after realizing they were not for this business. The packages were completely ripped open, their contents taken out of the boxes they were individually wrapped in inside the package, probably worn around by the opener, and the items were left out in plain view of their glass storefront. The employees of this business never tried to contact me, even though my phone number was on the package, nor did they attempt to deliver them to the rightful owner, nor contact UPS. After finding out where my items were sent, I left a voicemail for the company and ONLY THEN were my items returned completely unwrapped and in the wrong boxes and packages. The employee informed me that she would be doing this again and did not care. Completely unacceptable for a business to behave like this, not to mention they admitted to me that they committed FELONY MAIL THEFT. Still considering pressing charges. I would not patron this business.

I came to Greensboro for a wedding and booked a blow-dry with Taj and make-up with April. It was a great experience. Both hair and make-up looked fantastic and the place is warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.
