My stylist, Stanley, instantly made me feel me feel at ease. He listened to me and sought to understand how I wanted my hair cut. He explained step by step his plan and asked if that sounded right. He cut a little off first to make sure I liked the style and then added the finishing touches. I was so pleased with my new cut and Stanley. I highly recommended Ulta Beauty Hair Salon. They offer hair cuts for all ages, color, highlights, perms, extensions, hair for formal events and more. They really work with you to help you have the healthiest hair and a style that suits you. Friendly, efficient staff 15 min to close: 5 stars!
Went in with mom, sister, aunt, and friend 15 min to close and the staff were very friendly. The staff helped them all and were very efficient. We were only in there 5 min and checked out. I was really impressed. I was actually expecting angry staff cause I know I would be if a crowd of people walked in 15 min till. Thanks Ulta for being so friendly with all them. That a bunch of crazy ladies .
Spent almost an hour in here just looking and testing. Staff super nice and helpful without being annoying and overly eager. They interacted with everyone in the same fashion and was very helpful!
Jacqueline was rude and wouldn't let me walk in to get my online order. The store was still open and there were customers Inside/checking out and she refused to let me in even though it was before closing time. Idk what is going on with this location. The audacity to tell me to come back in the morning when my items were already paid for and literally a few steps away. All she had to do was scan my email and hand them to me. I'll be following up with the manager as well as corporate bc that was just ridiculous.
