I was in desperate need of getting my cut and color FIXED! Horrible experience with a different stylist. Bad color and even worse cut. Stephanie at Canton Ulta was wonderful. Evened up the cut and made hair all one color. She knows what I want going forward as it grows out. I am not going to anyone else ever again! Highly recommend Stephanie Berry!!

Made an appointment for Friday at 5pm with Stephanie to have my hair highlighted and cut and my daughters highlights touched up. She had already gotten her hair done but wasn't happy with the placement of the highlights. They were mostly in the front and hardly any in the back. When I arrived I was told Stephanie had left for the day and had deleted our appointments out of the system. I worked with Natalia and the manager to set up an appointment for the following day and was told that Stephanie would have to be the one to do the color correction on my daughter and that she had plenty of time to do so. We've been going there for years and I was confident Natalia would do a great job. So Saturday Natalia starts working on my hair and I'm just watching Stephanie walking around so I ask what about Alissa's hair. The manager has a chat with Stephanie and then I'm informed it would no longer be a color correction, but would now be considered an add on service and shocker Stephanie doesn't have time AGAIN. Fine I don't mind paying. Not really the point. The point is she blew my daughter off twice and the 3 hours we sat there she never once acknowledged our presence or apologized for blowing us off. I'm certain she had time to throw in a couple of extra highlights. I think she refused to do it because she wouldn't be getting paid for it if it was a color correction. Even after previously telling us she has a 7 day policy in that she'll fix whatever the customer isn't happy with. She also lied and said she texted me to let me know she had to leave early on Friday. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I paid $270 for my daughter's hair this is how we're treated. Thank God for Natalia who did an amazing job at helping to fix the situation and did an amazing job with my hair. Lindsey the salon manager was also extremely helpful when I explained the situation. It's just a shame that one stylist can give the whole salon such a bad vibe. Sorry for the rant. I give Natalia and management 5 and a for Stephanie. Sorry for the rant. I'm obviously quite frustrated by her behavior.
