U.S. Nails & Spa in Burlington, WA

I'm so tired of these type of nail salons. I have to say something. Yikes. Very rude. I got gel manicure and pedicure. The women that did my nails shoved my hands around and did an ok job even though she was rushed and annoyed her "massage" was her digging her nails into my palms. After my nails she went to the break room and watched tv VERY LOUD while cutting fruit. The man was left to do my toes. He again was rude and short, shoved me around instead of giving direction, seemed like he was a fill in that was annoyed to do feet. It was clean ish but very unfriendly and unhappy place. Never once did either make eye contact. She painted my toes and made me figure out how to get my toes under the light. He was talking and being friendly with another guest and she interrupted him in their language and he stopped being friendly. Ridiculous. . Why are nail salons getting so bad?!!

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment for a full set manicure and a gel pedicure. I arrived early and I'm not kidding the owner spent 10 minutes on my pedicure, no massage, no hot stones, and a cold towel. Then the woman painted my toenails quickly (which at that point I appreciated because I felt so uncomfortable!) and charged me over $40!!! My feet and ankles are cut up and super painful due to scratches because everything was so rushed. They didn't even bother to try to do my hands. I was in and out in 20 minutes!! I have been a customer here for years and have never felt so awful to come in. I will never be back. Happily take my service across the street to Nail Masters!!!

Possibly the best nail service I have ever had. Kim was very gentle and thorough. The salon has the largest selection of colors and designs for your nails. If you cannot find the nail color you want, you are probably impossible to please. Price was very reasonable.

I absolutely love this place, it's my go-to every time I need my nails done! They always do an amazing job and they staff are incredibly nice. Favorite place ever! Really good prices too.

What a bummer... Even though they were dead, they rushed through my pedicure and was super rough. The guy used his nails to rub my legs, never had that before. I asked if I could pay extra for a longer massage (before I discovered how rough it was) and they told me I would have to upgrade to the #7 package for that, when I ordered the #3. I didn't want all of the extra stuff that came with jumping all the way to 7, I just wanted a little longer foot rub. They insisted I wanted package 7, so I said forget it, I'll stick with 3. In retrospect, it was a good thing because I don't think I could handle a longer time of that rough massage. They used to have a designated drying station & now you're just set in a cheap office chair in the corner with a portable dryer and forgotten about. Genuinely uncomfortable.
