I asked for my hair to be dried after the cut. Told me it would cost an additional $40 on top of a $35 trim that literally took less than 10 minutes.
What a joke! They totally messed up!!! They did everything that I said I did NOT want to be done to my hair and their response was: Well it will grow out in about 4 months! NEVER go there!!!!! I stopped in the day before to see if they could do what I wanted. What a complete waste of time, money, and energy. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!~!
Erica did a balayage on my hair, and I love it! She made me feel at ease and listened to the look I was going for. I wanted some red copper tones with blond coming through. It came out looking very natural with lots of dimension. She is a skilled colorist and I highly recommend her.
Myself and three of my children got haircuts and mine was the only one they didn't mess up! The people were nice but that didn't make up for the fact that the haircuts were less than stellar! They messed up on trimming up my daughters hair as well as they left a huge fade line on my sons head look like he had a bowl cut afterwards! I would not recommend this place
Surprisingly good for a strip mall chain store. Difference? The people here are engaging and talented; they really listen to you when you try to tell them what you want, and do their best to get it done timely. No bologna. They genuinely work to get to know their customers, and some of the stylists apparently have repeats and regulars: always a good sign. Prices are reasonable- that's what the chain is known for-but the service is where they shine. Recommended.
