Lucy's Family Hair Salon in Lake Elsinore, CA

I have been going to this salon since before Covid (2019) and have found Lucy to be extremely professional and skilled as a hairstylist. The salon is always spotless. Lucy's service is impeccable. I would highly recommend Lucy's to anyone interested in a great haircut or new style.

Went here two days ago to get a haircut and I am beyond satisfied. Not many stylist can cut hair or understand what I'm asking for. I came in for a new style with bangs and i was worried they might butcher me since people make me feel like family salons aren't the best. Well this place is the best and affordable for those on a budget like me! The ladies were kind and talkative which is amazing because i hate awkwardness during a haircut. 100% recommend this place & moral of the story: don't judge a book by its cover. And Lake Elsinore May seem like the middle of nowhere city but they have some gems here! Adventure the city, you might find some unique shops! Thanks Lucy's hair salon! Also, my mom got a haircut here with me and she told me today she loves her hair! ‍

We just went in and they are so professional and sweet. Upon entry we were offered water bottles, coffee, and were even to select a Netflix movie to watch on the tv. Lucy did full highlights for my daughter's hair and it looks so natural and was exactly how we wanted it! The price was very reasonable for the quality, time, and care that she put into making sure that the finished product was perfect. She even fixed a poorly done day old haircut from another salon without charging extra. I wouldn't trust anyone to touch our hair ever again! Dont listen to any of the bad reviews, this place is the best in customer service and quality.

Lucy is an amazing stylist. She is an expert in transforming hair. This place is a delight. I went here to get my hair colored for the first time and I was made to feel right at home. They made very sure to help me make informed choices as to my shade. My time was spent chatting with some lovely ladies, enjoying a treat handed out by Lucy herself, and relaxing. Amanda did my hair and she was a great conversationalist. She kept me informed every step of the way. I actually had a lot of fun. They stayed open late to finish off my fabulous new look. These stylists take a lot of pride in their work. There is nowhere else in Lake Elsinore to go but here.
