Trends Salon LLC in North Royalton, OH

I went to this salon for the $39 mani/ pedi with Hannah. There was a Groupon offered for the same price but when I went onto their website they advertised this special. I paid an additional $10 for the manicure to be done with gel polish. The first issue I had with the mani/pedi is that they did not have matching polish for the manicure and pedicure. None of the regular polishes and gel polishes were even close to the same shade. I got this done for vacation and wanted the polish color to be the same. The pedicure was ok at best, and didn't last through my week of vacation. The manicure was the worst manicure I have ever had. The gel polish was applied so thin that it didn't even look like gel. There were many bubbles and looked terrible. My nails were uneven and not even filled well. My thumb chipped before I was even home. I would never go there again, total waste of money. Luckily the nail salon I go to fit me in right before I had to leave for the airport the next day so I could have the manicure redone. Good lesson to go where I know they do a good job and not try a new place for a deal. It ended up costing me more!!!!

I love trends salon. I let my stylist Angela take the lead. I was ready to go short. I'm 48 and didn't want to look old lady. She suggested color. I've never gone to a salon for color before. She is really knowledgeable so I went for it. WOW highlights and lowlights the end result. Beautiful!

My mother decided to get a birthday haircut here. The woman who cut her hair has been doing hair for 30 years. My advice to that stylist is to stop. Or go take a class. She put a 1980s feathered blunt train wreck on my mothers head. She is basically a cone head. The top layers are so unbelievably short and blunt. Who would do this to another human being? My mom said she kind of asked for it. A real stylist would have told her how out of style it is, how dated she would look, and how bad it would look. A real stylist would guide her client to a trendy style that was easy for her to style and complimented her face shape. This woman butchered my mothers hair. Go take a class. No more feathering. Idiots.
