Great Clips in North Royalton, OH

I am a very demanding person... I was trying to find a new stylist since my previous stylist told me she cuts hair "her way" not "my way" when I asked her for a preferred cut one day. I immediately decided to make a change. So I started my search; stressful for a guy I say.. I went to a bunch of places to select my new hair stylist salon. BTW, this process can be very hectic, and of course time consuming as many of you already know. My schedule requires a "walk in" on my day of availability. I cannot book a month in advance at an agreed upon time as many places require nowadays. One day, being in the neighborhood, I just walk in off the street at the Great Clips Timber Ridge thinking maybe they can take a walk in right now. What the heck, why not give it a try I thought. One of the stylists was available right at that time so I thought this was perfect timing. Before I sat down I asked her if she could accommodate my preferred cut which by the way was a scissor cut. She said yes and also commented I cut it the way you want me to cut it; it is not a problem at all. Well things only got better. She explained to me how she does a cut and adjusted the cut periodically to my liking before she finished with the job at hand. The cut was exactly what I desired. She was an experienced stylist and importantly knew hair and also knew how to interact with customers; two major factors when selecting a stylist place. I have never looked back. This is my hair styling salon now going on 3 years, Sometimes you get lucky just walking in off the street. I suggest trying this place but I do have a selfish steak. If I tell everyone about my place it may get really crowded and I may have to wait in line the proverbial 20 minutes for a cut which by the way is a small inconvenience compared to the great service I know I will experience afterwards. So I am a bit uneasy posting here. If not taken immediately, I check my text messages while I wait a few minutes and many times I get called up to the chair before I can even finish reading the texts. They are curteus. they say take your time finishing reading them. I kid you not... I tell, ya, it was like winning a lotto ticket when I walked into Great Cuts Timber Ridge North Royalton 3 years ago. Five thumbs up and always remember my earlier comment above. I am a very demanding person...

Checked in online, there was a 0 minute wait. There were three stylists working. The woman who cut my hair was miserable! she was unfriendly and took 40 minutes to cut my hair. She just kept snipping then cut that off and then snip some more. She had no clue how to make a hard part (and it shows). After the "cut", I stopped at the restaurant down the way and noticed one of the other stylists kept popping in, doing shots of Tito's with lemon. I'd hate to have that one cut my hair. I'll never go there again. Run away from Timber ridge Great clips fast!

Unprofessional I went there 4 time and each time serve me different person and all of them did bad job Unprofessional no experience at all

I had my hair cut byLindsey, and it absolutely is the best cut I have ever had. She attended to the details and was just awesome, believe me my hair isn't the easiest to work with, it's thin and curly, that's why I'm so happy.

My son checked in online said 16 minutes. Got to store and other customers were there. 2 hair dressers were at stations. The one couldn't cut hair so the other left her client and spent 20 minutes helping her. Then she finished her 40 minutes later she takes my son. In the meantime 4 other clients walk in and all were told 20 minutes. My son took another 25 minutes to do. The girl who had trouble cutting hair disappeared in the back didn't see her again. I had a $5.00 great clips coupon sent to me from great clips I had that I printed. The girl said the owner doesn't take printed coupons. I told her it says competitor printed coupons. She said none. So I did not receive my Great Clips $5.00 coupon discount. I am to the point I wont let my kids go there and plan to post and warn others if this is going to be the mentality and quality there. They have been good in the past but have reached the bottom now!!! Kathy Tomaro
