Never get your hair colored here! It'll ruin your hair! I've come for simple hair cuts, and the staff is kind, friendly, and gives a decent hair cut; which is why I gave them two stars. However, I came to try something new and get the top of my hair black that would fade into a dark grey on the bottom. I asked if they'd be able to do it, and they said they could and we're extremely excited about the new look. I got there at my scheduled time and they did the top part no problem, but then started to bleach my hair for the bottom. It was terrible. They bleached it so many times, and the end product was an ugly rusty orange looking color. They apologized and asked if I could come back the next day so they could fix it, because they needed to close soon. They also mentioned that my hairstylist wasn't going to be available, so they'd have another take over the next day. I PAID and gave a tip because they said they could fix it. I came back the next day where they bleached my hair again, and managed to make it a lighter rusty blonde. She then tried to convince me that it looked close to grey, and said that if I didn't like it they could always try again the next day. I decided that I didn't want them to bleach my hair any further, but what really made me mad is that the woman who did the terrible coloring the second day insisted that I pay again because she had to do a lot of work on my hair, and I reminded them that the only reason I was back a second time was because they didnt get it right the first time, but she still wanted a tip for having to fix it. All in all great place to get a simple hair cut, but never get your hair dyed there.

I wish I could remember the gal who did my hair for me but she was wonderful. She fit me in last minute and gave me Real-Housewives-of Beverly-Hills-quality curls and waves that lasted all day. The salon wasn't busy that day so it was just her, and she fit me in while someone else's color was processing. She was very professional and skilled. The salon looked clean and modern and its setup was nice.

This review is for a manicure and pedicure.  It's hard to write this review.  The salon has a nice atmosphere and is clean, and I liked the individual that did my mani/pedi.  The cosmetologist was friendly, and it was a relaxing experience.  So I enjoyed my time here, but this was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had.  My cuticles on my hands still look terrible, and my feet are still rough on the heels, and my toes weren't cleaned up on the sides around the toenails where it starts to feel ingrown a little bit.  So for the experience it would be a 5 star, but the mani/pedi was a 1.

I received a pedicure by a polite young woman. She worked meticulously and tried to provide a good pedicure.  However, when I got home and looked at the pedicure, polish was on cuticles and skin surrounding the nails, and some polish was not evenly distributed on the nails. Disappointed, but also felt I overpaid ($53.00 plus $7 more for a tip) for the pedicure quality I received.  I had previously received a good pedicure at this salon, but I can't recommend it after this experience. I do not fault the person who provided the pedicure; the salon should provide the appropriate training and experience.

Went and got tape in extensions put it. The people are super nice and the store is great but, my stylists didn't apply my tape ins correctly. I went to shower after the 48 hours I was supposed to wait before I could wash them and the tape all came apart. Now I have no extensions. I'm so angry.
