If I could give a zero star review I would. If you go here, you take your health into your own hands. They do not use fresh tools from client to client. I watched them go from client to client using the same tools for each, they are not cleaned or sterilized between clients. I chose to leave.

I've never been to a nail salon that didn't sanitize between customers until i came here... my lady pulled out an old janky pumice stone that was clearly used, used it on my feet, rinsed it in water (no sanitizer, no soap or anything), & placed it back in her drawer. Every single nail salon that I've been to in the past 10 years have at least used a brand new pumice stone right out of the package. These are one of the main tools that collect the most bacteria, especially when it's used to scrub off dead skin  Wont be coming back here

I have been a faithful customer FOR YEARS. I went in for my scheduled appointment and she apologized and said she would start me soon as she was working on someone else still. I said no problem, since people get backed up, I understood. I showed her the photo of what I wanted and she said "no problem! I can do this for you" She finally started on my nails 20 minutes after the scheduled time. I picked a color and she told me to trust her as she chose a different color other than the one I selected. She says the color she selected is a better brand. WHY would the other color even be an option if you are going to not let me choose it? She then got over halfway done with my nails and started applying a completely different color other than the color in the photo as the second color. I asked her what she was doing, and I showed her the photo again to remind her what I requested. She said "Oh I am sorry, we do not have the second color either" And continued applying a completely different color than what was on the photo. The nails looked awful and chipped the first day. Then she charged me 10 dollars less than what she was going to because she realized how badly she messed up my request. I look at my bank account a few days later and she had removed the discount, and ended up charging $10 MORE than what she told me she would charge. AND I LEFT HER A TIP. They stole from me. DO NOT GO HERE.

i Have multiple problems with my nails. first off, I got acrylics and the gel polish over it very poorly applied, I can see my nail through the polish. i also can see hair in my nail that doesn't come off along with black dots. the worst thing about my nails are that the area around the acrylic is very messy it look like they did it in 10 minutes
