8/24/22 Wow, I forgot to write about this place on 8/7/22. After our company's picnic, my wife and I went to the mall to get some to eat. Afterwards, we walked the mall and saw this place with a 70% off merchandise at a buy one get one sale. Checking out the store, the owner greeted us warmly and told us several items had great sales. The stickers would tell us what specialty buys were on sale. We looked around, but saw nothing we needed. So we looked around some more, but still found nothing we wanted. This store is in a dead section of the mall, and I hope business picks back up around this area. We might revisit this place another time.
My one stop shop for all of my hair needs! They have the best products at the best prices. Their customer service is top notch as well. I will continue to purchase my hair products from them.
*DO NOT SHOP HERE* way overpriced and the store manager is an absolute freak who's extremely rude and unhelpful. What a waste
Just went in to pick up a couple nail polishes because they generally have a deal on them. When the lady scanned the nail polish it rang up as 8.99 and then she manually changed the price to 9.99. I asked why she would charge me more for an item that scanned for less and she said it needed to be higher and they should all be 9.99. If the item scanned for less then that is the price that your customer should pay and if there is in fact an issue, they should correct it after the sale you are working on.
Be careful when shopping their products. For the second time, they tried to rip me off. A discontinued item that I really wanted was marked with a 75 % off sticker. The register displayed a price of $9.50. When I objected and asked the original full price, I got a run-around of intermediate pricing, etc. This was a product that should have been about $22 originally. I walked out without buying.
