I'm new to Lexington and I've tried other salons and wasn't happy so I decided to try this place and let me tell you that Nora is fantastic I will never go anywhere else she made me feel so comfortable
She's super funny and this girl can cut hair!

This review pains me to write. I was a client for well over 10 years. No more. I had a process in May that went terribly wrong. I texted the owner/stylist that evening saying that "My hair looked like straw and was truly awful". Crickets...Not one solitary word. Weeks went by. I canceled my next appointment. Still nothing. I finally texted the owner/stylist yesterday. His reply, I asked my staff to schedule you fora deep conditioning and I had no idea they didn't". Really? I was texting you, not your staff. And, you just threw your staff under the bus. And, btw, pretty much admitted that you have no control, or followup, with your staff. Bottom line with the text conversation was that when I canceled he decided to just leave me alone. I've pretty much been alone for 7 weeks. I'm a pretty easy going person, but even I figured out that I was not a valued client. Not valued as a friend either.

Absolutely LOVE Touché! If you get a chance to get your hair cut by any of the fabulous barbers here, please do!! You will NO DOUBT feel like a Princess/Prince by the time you are out of your chair! All of the stylists are incredibly friendly and accommodating! Nora took care of me today and she was a dream!! She really brought out the best side of myself through helpful tips for hair care and just the perfect haircut

What a great salon! I had the greatest experience here. The salon is clean and classy, the service is top notch and the stylists are professional and friendly! My hair has never looked or felt so good! I can't recommend Touche highly enough! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment!
