Grace Arthur is the best! I never leave disappointed! She listens to her clients and is attentive to their needs! Go see Grace for hair perfection and color! The atmosphere is amazing

Honestly I wasn't super impressed. My hair cut is so basic. I just get a wash and cut. It's not hard to take some length off, thin out, and add dramatic layers. She paid more attention to the back of my head and left me with an awkward face frame. I tried asking her for some curtain bangs and that was a failed attempt to make the front look better. The layers were two sections of my hair so I looked like I had a bob cut with some extra left underneath. She didn't understand how to blend my layers or thin my hair enough so it doesn't look like a triangle on my head. I would spend your money somewhere else. I paid $80 and it was not worth it. Sorry posh but in order to feel good it's important to look good and not fight with your hair every day.

I have been feeling skeptical about sharing this review but after sharing my experience with some friends I feel the need to let others know.

About three weeks ago I called Posh salon and requested an acrylic set and a pedicure. They asked if I had been in before and I told them no and we moved on and hung up.  I was also interested in getting my hair done here but now am so skeptical of that as well. Last week I I go into the salon and when I am brought back I was greeted by a women who was coming off frustrated and stressed. I tried to sympathize with her in the beginning but the entire session consisted of her being snappy, rude  and honestly just uncomfortable to be around.

She had painted me in the direction of the nail polishes
"Your colors are over there." She pointed and said sharply. Standing with her arms crossed looking impatient with me.

I try to find what I need and tell her I'm looking for white to match the pattern i want for my nails.

She gets more irritated and proceeds to tell me she cannot and will not do any design on my nails because I have to let them know that ahead-of time. (which I had not been told this when making the appointment theee weeks ago ) (Also I was getting married in two days).

So obviously I begin to panic, she hands me some colors and leaves the room with my feet in cold water.  Comes back and says
" DID YOU FGURE IT OUT?" She snaps at me

At that point I'm so upset I tell her to just do the pedicure and I won't do the set of acrylics because it didn't make sense to me to pay for something if she wouldn't do what I needed done for my wedding.  She snaps and asks "DO YOU WANT GEL OR NOT?!" " as she rolls her eyes at me, I ask her what kind of pedicure I can have and she gets more angry as she tells me i ALSO need to make sure I tell them on the phone if I want a better pedicure because they have to fit you with someone who will do it and made it clear she absolutely want going to do any service other than a basic pedicure. Which is fine if that is the policy but no one told me that?

She proceeds on with the pedicure saying nothing, shaking her head back and forth and just making it very uncomfortable. I was truly floored by the service.

She had the audacity to look me in the face and ask "do you want your nails trimmed?" During a pedicure...... what?

She continued to poke at my feet,  brush them off a bit. Hurt me while sanding then she then PAINTED  my nails to immediately put my feet into water and SOAK THEM.

I'm am sorry but I have had a lot of pedicures in my life all over the country and I have absolutely never seen anyone do this in my life and I just don't understand it.

She did not speak the rest of time and when I say I am not a confrontational person I truly felt the need to speak with the manager. As shy as I am, I have never felt the need to confront staff for service before. I honestly considered not paying because of how upsetting the situation was.

It was not till the last three minutes that the women spoke to me and offered a card to someone she knew. Which I was like okay. So I paid. But I did not tip. Which is UNLIKE me as a customer. I did speak with the manager and while she was nice to me she offered no compensation other than telling me to go to a walk in salon somewhere else. And that they have had new staff changes causing communication issues.

I waited three weeks for this appointment and then paid for a half ass pedicure that my husband could do a better job of.  IT WAS $80. For RUDE and SLOPPY service.

I really am so upset because I  am not from this area and everyone here had recommended this salon for great service .

I am sorry but that's the worst service I've ever had. I know everyone has a bad day, but some situations just are not acceptable. I wish I would not have paid in the end. I understand if you have new staff, I understand if your policies work a certain way but there needs to be communication amongst customers and staff.

I am so disappointed and do not recommend this salon.

Firstly I hadn't had my hair pampered in a while.Bailey did my hair and was quite nice.We discussed my options and decided on a plan.Wash cut non permanent color,carefully looking at colors. I asked about brows,she said she loved doing them,so we added it!When I came from another room at home my little granddaughter said grandma I almost didn't recognize you.Nice salon good results.

Jennifer did a fantastic job on my hair color. My first time here and will definitely be back! I booked online and it was super easy.
