Hair dresser has no clue what a full highlight/full foil is. I showed him pictures and he said that was bleaching all your hair. Had I gone through with it that's probably what he would have done. Then he said that only my roots needed to be bleached cause the rest of my hair is already blonde but... that's not how it works. I wanted a full highlight and he couldn't understand that.
Was in State College for a few days and needed a haircut, this place was available and had great service! The staff was friendly, they were clearly good at what they did, and they accommodated several of my requests as I asked them to cut it shorter a few times. I also really appreciated that there was very little loose hair when I finished, since they did a great job of brushing much of it out. This made it easy to continue on with my day without having to worry about shedding everywhere. Would definitely recommend!
The staff has a bad attitude and treats customers very rudely. When customers are dissatisfied, they show more rudeness and cannot do hairstyles according to customer requirements. Finally, forcibly collect tips, and again forcibly collect tips when customers think they are not satisfied and cannot pay that much! The worst experience! Don't come everyone!
Definitely not qualified! I went in with an appointment for partial foil highlights - when I came in they did not know what i meant by "highlights" and asked for a picture. The stylist then proceeded to paint bleach on my roots and put foils on after the fact. My hair is a mess and has a strong feeling of damage. When I asked for him to rinse my bleach out because it had been OVER AN HOUR the stylist refused and proceeded to let it sit in my hair for another half hour. I am grateful it has not all fallen out. They are not a place to go for color!!

Despite being an expert and working with me for so long, Tommy always confirms what I need before he starts. In the process, Tommy would ask whether it is what I want. Last but not the least, Tommy is a true top expert. So Top Salon really is about top service, top communication, and top skills. Therefore, Top Rating!!
