Workers have absolutely no good customer service. Prices are not as advertised, they charge you 20 dollars more than what is advertized.
Always quick and friendly. My longest wait was 10 minutes on a busy Saturday. The pricing can be a tad inconsistent among manicurists but I've never had a bad set/fill and I've been coming here for one year.
Went there yesterday and got Tina, she must have been in a bad mood. I like to talk a bit, but she pointed to my water bottle, actually telling me to drink water and shut up. I didn't say another word and almost left midway through my $50 pedicure. If you go later in the day, the odor is very strong from the chemicals, but her rudeness is why i will never go there again. I was there 2 times before and gave a $10 tip both times.
If it was possible I would leave zero stars.... 24 hours after my pedi my feet looked as if they had barely been worked on. When I went back to complain I was told by the manager I needed to come more often. Being a veteran of the Vietnam War I am conversant in Vietnamese and as I was leaving I overheard the manager say,"These black people are always trying to get something for free" No, we would just like to get what we paid for. As a black person I will never go there again!
I recently visited this establishment. I mentioned to my friend where I was going. She told me "don't go! They will try really hard to up-charge you for services you don't ask for!" SHE WAS RIGHT. I asked for basic pedicure. The girl asked me 4 TIMES DO I WANT NO CHIP for only $15.00. AVOID THIS THIS ESTABLISHMENT This place is called Top Nails IN TOILET I mean Joliet.
