I travel two to three hours (depending on the route) from Elkhart, Indiana to get here just so I can have Jackie cut my hair. She knows exactly how I want it cut and the look I want and she delivers on that every time. I will continue coming here as long as she is here. The prices are reasonable and competitive with other haircut places that do not offer all that this business does.

The only great barber here is Mariah. Mariah gets 5 Stars, everyone else gets 0. If you get anyone else you might as well go to the college kids down the road cause you'll probably look better and you'll save money.

Took my chances again with this location in Joliet. Score! Jenna did a excellent job today,very pleased, plus she's my new hairdresser crush....nice attitude and nice figure. I will definitely ask for her by name on my next visit hopefully she's there.

Former Marine here , can someone give me some help because it seems as if I'm seeing something that I shouldn't. 09/24/21, I went in, did the Kiosk sign in and waited for my cut. Kailey called me back and she was working her magic with my hair. I have always had a high and tight (former Marine). It works for me and is quick and easy. Well, I was informed going forward there would be an additional $10 fee for the use of the super shaver (gets it nice and close). Kailey indicated the owner wanted to charge the extra fee because it took a lot longer. Well she was finished with my head before the young lady finished the head across from me and he was seated before me?!?!. I'll ask a simple question.: who uses the super shaver in the grooming process? In my head they are either charging former military or let's see who else uses the super shaver for that close cut? I called several other locations and there is no additional charge (The one in New Lennox and Bourbonnais are great and I have used them). Well, I won't visit the Joliet location anymore and it is making me feel a certain way by charging an extra $10 for its use. Times are hard and knowing that there is an additional charge where there shouldn't be, makes the stylist tips shorter (I tipped $5 anyway because I appreciated the information). I will share this experience with my buddies at the League and others, as I think this is unfair and targeting a certain group of people. I have emailed corporate as well. Seems as the owner is free to do as he wants. Not getting a good feeling about this. Recently came here to get my hair cut. It's great that this place is here because it is close to home. Barely any wait time. I'm not a fan of the whole Kiosk thing, especially since I'm the only person in the store. I just want my hair cut. Overall staff was nice, friendly and courteous, place is clean. They'll try and sell you on some products but that's just business. It may be hard to find if you don't know the area. Ample parking as well. Decent place to visit.
