An older man who didn't listen when I said the nail tip was crooked . Trying to treat myself after a very long month and final week of moving and working full time. Didn't want to make my nails round and thin and said the polish wasn't sticking. Still forced me to give a tip. Rude. Didn't talk. I think that he forgot that he's providing me witha service and I am paying him for that service. Absolutely rude , terrible I will never go there again never recommend them and right around from my work which was convenient but I would rather drive a distance for top quality work and customer service. $60 worth of disappointment!!
For the most part they do a good job on your nails but I think they're very rude. It's like on and off with them sometimes a little un organized and not willing to take accountability for bad service. The ownership before then we're really nice I loved her and her husband.
If I could have a price breakdown prior to starting service that would be great. What I thought I was getting was a removal of dip powder and a basic pedicure. My pedicure was great-however my removal process took longer and I was charged for a full manicure when I kept voicing NOT to file, NOT to clip-it was unnecessary due to me having a baby soon and not going to keep it up..I said 3 or 4 times "just removal". So I go to the front desk and my total was 55$ for a pedicure and manicure which I voiced I didn't want? Oh and a manicure without a massage, clip down, polish even a base coat or a strengthener? My basic pedicure was 25$ so my procedure to my hands cost more? When I questioned this, and believe me I have the money-I've spent 100$ easy for nails and think nothing-I got an attitude as if it was my fault? Customer service there is way below average and I will not be back. Extremely disappointed.
When I say I have never been so mad leaving a nail shop I'm telling you if you wanna have 75$ waisted then yes come here they will definitely disappoint
Don't go to table 5. You will get cut on just about every finger. The part that made me most upset was his "protocol" on how to treat a open bloody wound. Let's take the brush and brush away the debris and blood (which was disgustingly old and dirty) then let's take the product that makes you stop bleeding and touch the dropper right into the open sore. Super hygienic *eye roll* just think about all the other wounds that have been touched with those same things.
