This salon is the bomb! Always friendly,trendy, knowledgeable are the stylist. Every time I visit Jordan makes it a delightful experience. this place and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
Went in for a layer cut with Style Melanie she chopped off all of my hair She didn't know what she was doing emotionally Unstable she took her problems out on my hair Not fare all they can do it give me a refund that's not gonna re-grow my hair This place is unprofessional I guess they will hire Anybody save your hair don't waste your money You will be so sorry you went there Read the bad reviews I wish that I did .
Today was the second time I have been to this salon. Both times Melanie did my hair. She does it exactly how I want it. The salon is clean, social distancing is practiced and the price is right. For those who complained of having to wait, they do take appointments. The walk-ins should expect to wait if the stylists have regulars who know to make appointments. To the person who complained about her eyebrows, there's a place about 10 feet from the salon inside Walmart that specializes in eyebrows and eyelashes. It was called Sevo until recently but it provides the same services. I highly recommend SmartStyle and Melanie.
today i went in for an eyebrow wax. the girl who did it was very shaky as she was waxing my eyebrows and SO SLOW!!!!!!!!! so she finishes, gives me the mirror and i said okay... well i get up and look in the big mirror.......she waxed off my entire eyebrow practically. i was livid. i was showing her and telling her what she did, asking if she was going to apologize and she just stared at me didn't say anything. then says "i can wax the other one to match" WTF. the other idiot working there knew something was going on but didn't care to say anything i showed her and she said "it's a little bit thinner" and again i told her " not even an apology" still no apology. took me asking FIVE times if she was going to apologize until she did. absolutely horrible customer service and even worse service. if you can't do your job right don't do it at all. never going back there again.
Best cut ever!! Very friendly ladies working there. Will return for sure! Had the best time chatting with a stylist there named Shelby. Extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a nice cut.
