I've always trusted this location for the best hair. My last experience was the worst ever. I spent over $500 and am sooo disappointed either way the results. I came in with surfer girl hair. Long hair with a dark root and blonde ends. I asked to cover any grays and strict dark brown and light blonde and specifically NO MONEY PIECE IN FRONT. What I left with was an in between light brown all over with dark blonde highlights and a money piece in front. All of my bright blonde was gone. Super disappointed. Never coming back.

Finally a quality and consultant salon in tempe, reasonably priced and you always know they'll do a great job. Definitely recommend this place

I deeply regret the recent experience I had at the salon. Upon calling ahead and being assured of a skilled stylist available for a trim my pixie cut, I arrived at the scheduled time of 4 o'clock. We had a detailed discussion about my preferences and concerns, particularly emphasizing the need to avoid cutting excessively short as I was growing out specific areas out. Despite this 10-to-15-minute conversation, the stylist (I believe her name was Maxie or Maisey) proceeded to do the exact opposite of what was discussed. The outcome was horrifying; my hair is uneven, far from what I had described and hoped for. This was especially disheartening as I have plans for Christmas parties and gatherings with family and friends over the holiday season. To compound the situation, the resolution offered--a mere 20% discount--felt inadequate given the severity of the situation. The request for the manager to address the issue was met with their inability to even work the register. At this point, I am truly devastated and embarrassed to face the upcoming events with this unfortunate haircut. The damage done is beyond repair, and a mere discount does not suffice. In my opinion, the appropriate recourse should involve rectifying the haircut by a skilled stylist, free of charge, considering the distress caused (once my hair grows out enough which will take quite some time since the stylist horribly butchered my hair.). I look forward to hearing from the manager to resolve this situation promptly however the way the entire situation has been handled I highly doubt I'll hear from the manager. Tony & Guy seems to be having a hard time staying relevant and I wouldn't be surprised if they're out of business soon. I sincerely regret having gone there today. It put a huge damper on my holiday season.

Sabio is amazing and talented when it comes to cutting. He always ask for your ideals or photos of what you want. My hair is long and I wanted to short. I told him to go for it that I trusted him. My hair looks healthier and feels good now that it's short. I recommend Tempe Toni & Guy. Thanks Sabio.
