HORRIBLE! JUST HORRIBLE! I bought a Groupon for this place months ago for a hair blow out and when I called to schedule an appointment, you could never get anyone to answer the phone. I left several messages... finally on December 4th I got through. First off they moved from old town Scottsdale to Tempe and due to the move they wouldn't have anything available to mid January. They gave me an appointment for today... January 10, 2020. Mind you this was SCHEDULED ON December 4th. They sent me a confirmation email. Yesterday I tried calling them because I never got a phone call, text or email asking me to confirm my appointment with them like 99.9% of businesses do. Once again, no answer. I left them a voice mail and I emailed them. I never heard back, so today I called them many,many times... no answer. So I took the 30 minute drive anyway in hopes that their original email confirmation the day the appointment was made would be good enough. Once I got there, I had to pay for parking on the street because it is off of Mill Avenue, then come to find out NO SUCH BUSINESS EXISTS at their so called new address they moved into (their new address was given to me when they emailed my original confirmation). I kept calling and calling and you guessed it...no answer! Thanks for ruining my night, wasting my time and most of all leaving me with no done hair for my special event!!! I hope the owner is reading this. You are a disgrace!

My friend and I had a few drinks and decided to experiment with my hair... it didn't end well. I called SNM and they set an appointment for me the very same day and my hair looks AMAZING now! I am so thankful for Miss. Ella, the color looks so natural just the way I asked her to do it. Thanks girlfriend!

My husband and I have been visiting Nicole for years ! I love that I don't have to tell her what I want, I go in and she has a plan for my hair! I totally trust whatever she wants to do. You can tell she loves her job and she shows up "on" everyday. Her salon is really unique and she's such a fun ball of energy to brighten my day Seriously, just go visit her!

This salon is literally a gem. I never leave disappointed ! Nicole knows how to color and cut hair so that it actually grows! I've gotten my hair cut to the jawline all the way down to my belly button and every appointment was a great one. I always get replies in a timely manner and I never get turned away! I've seen her studio grow into this cute masterpiece with an amazing vibe and friendly staff. I recommended nicole to my mother who is one of the pickiest people and she is satisfied. She is well educated with all things hair and uses Kevin Murphy products and doesn't fail to offer water and tea upon arrival. I'm lucky to be a regular at this amazing salon!

She returned one text and said she did not have available opening and when i tried to contact several other times.....She will not return my texts anymore. It is to use my living social for a blow out. She already has the money.....HORRIBLE customer service!!!! What goes around comes around.....and i only signed up on yelp just to review!! no bueno!!!
